Dartmoor Kitchen is a unique catering company. Head chef and manager, Tom Cull, is passionate about promoting and maintaining a vibrant, modern approach to food production and presentation. His respect for ingredients and the environment is evident throughout all his professional relationships - with suppliers, clients and his team.
Tom is local to the Devon area, and his commitment to the very best local resources and seasonal produce promote a bespoke and very special theme to every experience.
In Tom's words:
'My business is all about the traditional, seasonal, rustic elements of cooking . I believe in supporting local produce and local people. All my clients will have the freshest of ingredients cooked by our young and talented team.'
This in not 'conveyor-belt' catering. The Dartmoor Kitchen team wants visitors and prospective clients to enjoy the experience of touching, tasting and learning about food. We can provide background on the origins of our ingredients, where they were grown and by whom. We believe this promotes appreciation of the end result.
Our food has a rustic, modern slant and we have kept sight of the pleasure to be derived from the best food served simply. Our traditional dedication to wonderful flavours and appetising appearance means we do not hide behind fussy and complicated cooking.
